Question by : Question about Payday Loans?
Ok so I ran into a little trouble and took out one online payday loan, my information was shopped around and I got approved for two others and I said sure, never signed anything for them but that’s aside the point, the tricky thing is I cancelled my checking account and opened a new one two days after deposits were made. In essence I burned them for their cash because where I live you’re only allowed $ 328 on a payday loan with a $ 400 payback. You also have to be licensed these three companies do not fall under these two conditions. I think they know this too because I have received sporadic calls from them at best. Any advice?

You can and will be charged with Fraud, money laundering and theft. So sit back and wait or pay back the money

First off I know it was a mistake to deal with these people, but it’s done and I am just looking for information. I took out a loan for $ 400, they are now saying I owe $ 790. I contacted them, the man I spoke to refused to giv e me a mailing address of fax number, and demanded a reason I needed that info. he then asked if i plan to pay this account off. I told him I want to pay the principal balance, but also need the address and fax number, he refused and said if I didn’t call back by 4pm there would be no more payment arrangments and I would owe the full amount. I contacted my attorney general’s office in massachusetts and filed a complaint, they said by law these companies cannot offer loans to mass residents with more than 23% interest so they are contacting the company on my behalf. Has anyone ever dealt with places like this, Fox Enterprises and Ameriloan? Just wondering how the situation turned out. thanks!
Question by zozosammy: How does a person go about getting out of several pay day loans?
I have tried to get a bad credit personal loan to consolidate all of these into one. Each paycheck I have to pay out $ 332 just to simply roll over my payday loans, I havent even begun paying them off. I barley make that much each paycheck to begin with. Does anyone know any other solution. I know this is my own fault, and I was stupid to take these out to begin with, but at this point I am looking for any type of advice. If you have any please let me know. Thank you!

See an attorney about declaring bankruptcy or what other options you may have. No matter what you do, you are probably going to have to pay it back somehow.

I’ve been silly and got myself into a mountain of debt with mostly payday loans. I can no longer keep up with the interest payments. Last month I decided to go into debt management and have signed up with a company all ready to go, but we made the decision too late and wouldn’t have time to direct all my creditors before my payday. I decided to hold off for a month and ask my creditors to collect the interest…this whittled my wage down to around £50 to last me in a 5 week month. I know it is silly but I’m trying and failing to find a short term loan company to loan me around £400/£500 to see me to the end of the month and then I can enforce the DMP and continue with my life. I am asking if anyone knows of any small non mainstream payday lenders who do not do a credit check or check my past so that I can take out a loan and then it can go into the DMP at the beginning of October. I am truly desperate here and have absolutely no where else to turn to. Please don’t berate me for this, I will appreciate all good and helpful responses to my question. If anyone knows of any small companies that I can get, preferably an instant payday loan or a company that does something similar I would be grateful. Please don’t suggest the main companies such as wonga, quickquid, payday express, lending stream etc…as they are the companies i’m dealing with.
