First of all I would like to say I KNOW the consequences so do not lecture me, if I wasn’t in a tight position I wouldn’t ask and a lecture does not help me at ALL. Please do not waste your energy typing one out. As I stated, I already have one out with CashNetUSA (which linked me through MoneyMutual).. however that was to fix my car and I have only paid two of their payments so far. After scratching out scam payday loan sites it seems that I cannot find another site like that anywhere, or one that will approve me.. From what I’ve gathered, because I have one out already that is why I am being denied. I live in wisconsin, am employed and make a Net Income of $ 1,630 a month.. What I am asking is are there ANY LEGIT Online / No Fax payday loan sites like CashNetUSA?? I need a minimum of $ 450 to a maximum of $ 900 USD. Please only list sites you have personally used, I will research all that are listed.. And if your going to tell me that it isn’t possible, you need to go poop because you are full of it. Ive read numerous stories of people having multiple ones out.. I just cannot find legit sites out there and that is why I am asking here (To list sites that can help me.) This is only a temporary fix anyways, in two months I will have enough money to pay them off completly. Please no lectures, and only real sites. Thank you.
i had some money taken from my account by a payday loan broker (£70 was taken) i straight away contacted them to have the money put back, and they have informed me it can take upto 30 days for this to be returned by card reversal. is this correct? because i dont understand how companies can be quick in taking your money but take ages to give you it back.
I’ve opened up a Payday Loans company. A legal company based in Ontario. I am now getting denied by banks for the same reason. They say my business is at high risk for money laundering fraud. I don’t know the first thing about laundering money but that’s besides the point. I’ve asked several banks how other payday loan companies were able to get bank accounts. The general response “They lie, they don’t tell us it’s for payday loans”
I was originally approved at RBC and so I went ahead signed a lease agreement for a store front, paid for advertising, phone / fax lines hooked up. I then later found out that they were closing my account because “your business account closure was closed by our MSB (Money Service Business) group. The closure happened due to RBC no longer servicing MSB’s” I am carrying a serious overhead right now as I thought banking was a none issue.
What am I suppose to do? I’m not about to lie about what I’m doing. It’s a legal (not liked) industry.
Banks I’ve been denied so far:
CIBC, RBC, TD, HSBC, BMO, Scotia Bank. I’ve also tried several credit unions with no luck.

Just to answer a couple question. I am not asking the bank for any loan amount. I have the funds myself.
But I dare you to try. Ok so I’m in the army. And I’m broke. I had 2 dollars in both my checking accounts. I started looking into 1 cash advance loans…but I think I accidently gave a scam artist all my bank information. Now I keep receiving phone calls from random cash advance people with strong indian accents, one. Of them keeps calling me and even pretends to work at an education center so he can get more information from me…I call him out everytime and I harrass him until he hangs up lol…but I still need $ $ $ So on Friday I resentfully asked my parents to borrow $ 100 bucks until payday…wich is the first. They transfered the money to my account in “bank1″ a half hour before the banks closed today…well I realized those indians (no offense) might have access to this money and that I should probably freeze this account ASAP, but withdraw my money first. so I rush over to the bank to find out it was closed…and by the time I got to the other one it closed. Now the easy solution would be to use my debit card right? Wrong. I lost my debit card when I went home for christmas and I got a temporary one. This card expired a week ago and I still haven’t received my actual debit card. Also I do not have any checks. I thought about having my money transfered from bank1 to bank2 because I still have the debit card to that bank, only to find out it would take a few days to complete the transfer. I don’t want to know how to handle identity theft so please stay off that subject…what I want to know is how do I get my money today because I absolutely NEED it.
I got caught up n the payday loan loop. I was doing well until a loss of hours at work, I regret my friend introducing me to these easily accessible advances. I really need a small loan of about $ 2000 that would help me greatly get back on track, but doubt there is a bank out there that would help. Any suggestions would help?
