i’m banking with bank of the west and a check went threw that already went threw 6 months ago and bounced back to the agency which was a payday loan. now they did the check again and now i’m short money and that makes me pissed why because it went to collections and i’m already paying it off every two weeks and i already had pay 80 dollars on it so far!!! what should i do????
it was not cashed it was bounced back to the agency and its in collections and i’m paying it off that way. what gives them the right to cash it?

You need to talk to the bank.
If the check had been cashed 6 months ago there would be a record of it. You should find a copy of your monthly bank statement that shows the transaction.
